About Tammy

Hello, I am the founder and Broker of NextHome Utica Properties. My real estate career began in 2008 as a licensed sales agent for an independent brokerage here in Calaveras County. That brokerage was bought by a National Franchise in 2014 and in January of 2016, I earned my Broker License. I got to work opening my Brokerage and opened the doors in March 2016. I am a full time real estate broker working with clients, with 6 licensed agents working under my brokerage, a full-time transaction coordinator, and a full-time marketing manager.

Real estate takes patience, understanding, and good communication. I have built a solid reputation, and an extensive knowledge of our real estate market representing more than 300 buyers and sellers personally and brokering more than 440 real estate transactions. I love building a great rapport with my clients and am committed to professionalism and providing excellent personal service. I consistently receive 5-star reviews from my clients and have earned multiple Premier and Masters Awards in production over the years.

While licensed to work in all of California, I mainly serve clients in Calaveras County which has been my home since 1980. It is a wonderful area to live, work and play. Give me a call.
